"On our arrival we were put in room 306. We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions and we had this room once before - before the hotel was "improved." It was a large and spacious room, then. Amongst the "improvements," it was obvious that the large room had been divided into 2 rooms. The bathroom, now, is so tiny it has no bath; worse, I had to remove the bathrobes hung on the door in order to have room to turn around! We asked for a different room the next morning. Also, on all of our other stays, breakfast was included in the bill. Conclusion: not all change is for the good, especially when maximizing one's profit seems to be the primary motivator. We will probably consider other hotels on our next trip to London."
