"We stayed in Le Meridien two years ago and had a fantastic stay. This time we found the room very hot, the bed too small for two adults, and generally shoddy--wires sticking out of the mattress edge scratched my legs every time I got in and out of bed--the air conditioning was completely inadequate for late April--good luck in the summer! The food was not as good as it was two years ago, either; the room service got the order wrong on top of everything else. Unlike my last visit, I would not recommend the hotel. I intend to stay at the Hilton, Gatwick on my next visit."
